We offer one-on-one sessions for individuals motivated to engage with their growth and healing. There is no one path for everyone and our sessions will focus on orienting to your own internal compass and uncovering your strengths. Sessions can be done online, in the office, on the trail, or a mixture of all of the above.

We will always start in the office or online for an intake to understand your unique needs and goals. From there, we will work together to craft a path (and adjust as needed).

When engaging in therapy outdoors, nature will be a co-therapist, and act as a reminder of connection you may have forgotten. Adding movement to a session can also help regulate the nervous system and ease the work of rewiring neural pathways and opening up to the process.

We focus on providing care for those that want to connect with nature, outdoor adventurers and athletes, the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, health professionals, and first responders. Areas of focus often include trauma (personal and systemic), grief, perfectionism, anxiety, shame, and building emotional resilience.

We will also automatically apply low sliding scale prices if you are utilizing financial support grants such as Spectrum Counseling’s Psychotherapy Access Grant or American Alpine Club’s Climbing Grief Grant.
