Individual 50 minute sessions are $125

Individual 90 minute sessions are $188

Relational 50 minute sessions are $150

Relational 90 minutes sessions are $225

Intensive ecotherapy or adventure sessions to be determined based on length and need.

Sliding Scale

We offer sliding scale prices as needed. Individual sessions can be offered for as low as $75 and relational sessions as low as $100.

Insurance

We do not bill insurance because of it’s impacts on provided care. This blog post explains many of the impacts insurance has on clinicians and clients. Not billing insurance can create a financial barrier to care, and access is important to us.

Low sliding scale prices are automatically applied if you are utilizing financial support grants such as Spectrum Counseling’s Psychotherapy Access Grant or American Alpine Club’s Climbing Grief Grant.

We recognize that sliding scales and grants are an imperfect solutions and that there will still be financial barriers to services. We don’t have the solution yet, however, we feel strongly that insurance systems do not serve client or therapist and are committed to divesting from those structures. We continue to dream and collaborate on potential systems that will be in line with true care.
